Louisiana Hot Boiled Crawfish


Take your time you can't rush perfection. When starting a good seafood boil make sure to have ready the suitcase of beer of your choice, that's a 24 pack for those not familiar. Now back to the task at hand boiling an awesome pot of crawfish.

in a 200 quart pot we boil about 80#s using fresh green bell pepper, yellow onions, fresh garlic, bay leaves, lemons, celery, & parsley.

For dry seasoning we used cayenne pepper, white pepper, salt, &zatarain's crawfish boil, along with some liquid seafood boil.
